Services : OEM Analytical Support
DPT has an extensive tool kit to support a variety of engineering analyses for industrial and power plant component design, upgrades, life extension, and failure analysis. Our experiences range from finite element modeling of combustion turbine components to forensic analysis of failed foundation bolts. For example we have designed, tested, and provided manufacturing support to a major combustion turbine OEM for intake and exhaust systems. We support manufacturers, system designers, and operators. This support has included services related to analytical qualification of reactor vessel heads, steam generators, electrical generator rotors, and spent nuclear fuel containers. DPT is positioned to execute international projects, including resources from our affiliates in the Czech Republic and Italy, and our engineers are registered in most states.
