: Hot Reheat Piping Analysis to Correct Overstress Condition

- Supports on both throttle-stop valves failed - resulting in gross pipe deformation (sagging)
- Reanalysis of the entire reheat line was required (boiler to turbine)
- Recommendations were provided to add / modify system supports to prevent overstress and excessive piping deflections
